Excellent balance of acid and sweetness, articulated structure with good fruit and good depth. This micro-lot is 100% Caturra from the Buesaco, Narino. It was dried for 12 days after a 16-hour fermentation. This farm is only 4 hectares (10 acres), and we purchased this lot in its entirety.
